Garage - Overall size reduced due to site constraints - Window size increased and raised higher off the ground - Removal of downpipes on west elevation - Fascia removed from North elevation & replaced with face brick - Colour of rafter feet changed from grey to oak colour /white - Colour of barge boards to be black and window to be white not grey - No flint work in the piers on the North elevation, face brick only - Black fibre cement fascia on South elevation to be UPVC Plastic - Door colours on North elevation to be Oak colour not grey. Stables - No barge boards (to reflect the original building more closely) - Ground floor windows and doors increased slightly in height and width - Round window on West elevation raised from 900mm from internal floor height to 1300mm from internal floor height to avoid stairs hand rail position. Down pipes removed from West and East elevations and moved to South and North elevations. Building position aligned squarely with main dwelling.
