Amendment to pp 3PL/2018/0261/VAR - Amend the wording of condition 2 to read as follows: 'If, by reason of any circumstances outside of the control of the applicant or operator, any wind turbine fails to produce an electricity supply for a continuous period of twelve months then it will be deemed to have ceased to be required and, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority, the wind turbine and its ancillary equipment shall be dismantled and removed from the site within six months of the expiration of the twelve month period of non-production of electricity and the site restored in accordance with an agreed restoration scheme, all to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority'
