UK Power Networks intends to undertake the following work that is considered to be exempted from the Electricity Act 1989 falling within The Overhead Lines (Exemption) (England and Wales) Regulations 2009: The scheme involves relocating an existing pole, by shortening the existing HV overhead line and installing a new terminal pole, slightly re-directing the existing overhead line. A new stay would be required. The diversion of the existing line would be less than 30m.
