Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) and 17 (vehicle passing bays) of permission 20/00925/FUL granted 10/11/2020 for: Alterations to former agricultural buildings involving the infilling, recladding and installation of fenestration, in connection with their permitted change of use to B1 and B8 uses (Application Reference 03/01561/COU), erection of extensions for either B1 or B8 uses, creation of ancillary A3 café, and provision of associated parking, cycle parking and landscaping.Variation will allow: A layout change and new roller shutter door on the side elevation to provide a new loading and unloading access point, reorientation of 6 No. existing car parking spaces together with the relocation of nine parking spaces towards the southern boundary of the site with associated alterations to landscaping.
