Notice of intent to carry out works to trees in a Conservation Area:T1 - Oak ( marked yellow on sketch plan) - Remove 1no. Oak tree and replace with 1No. Turkish Hazel. Reason: The existing tree is crowding out nearby trees and will continue to grow, it is also approximately 15m from nearby properties when the recommended safe distance for oak trees is 30m (Association of British Insurers). The proposed replacement tree will provide a similar canopy without crowding other nearby trees
