Reduce growth over garden back to boundary and/ or stable growth points, to maintain light levels/reduce shading over small rear garden.R/o 3 De Vere Close. Oak (Quercus robur). Reduce two overextended lateral boughs above the rear garden of No. 2 De Vere Close by approximately 3m cutting back to suitable growth points, to improve stability and reduce shading.Ash ( Fraxinus excelsior). Fell. The tree has early signs of Ash Dieback, with large quantities of small dead wood, and limited epicormic shoots. Nearby smaller specimens have died and fallen/been felled, but this tree will rapidly become a danger to path users and adjacent property. No replanting proposed, given the existing tree cover.
