Variation of Condition 11 (Supported Living occupation) of approved application 20/01451 granted 20.08.21 for: Erection of a single-storey block to provide 8 x 1 bedroom residential supported living units (Use Class C3), staff breakout unit (Use Class C2) and a single-storey detached building to provide a training room (Use Class C2)), with associated car parking, landscaping, and sewage treatment plant. Variation would allow the condition to read 'Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order amending, revoking and re- enacting that Order) the nine dwellings hereby approved shall only be used as supported living accommodation, for a maximum of nine residents, and for no other purpose falling under Use Class C3.
