Application for approval of details as reserved by conditions 3 (Structural Specification and Materials), 4 (Internal finish ceiling function room) of approved application 24/02582/LBCNo works shall commence until details and materials of the structural intervention to remedy subsidence in the first floor function room to level the floor, including the ceiling finish and repairs in the proposed banqueting area to the ground floor, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall only be implemented in accordance with the approved details and shall be permanently retained as such?1) Please see attached Structural Engineers design.2) Existing ceiling to first floor function room and ground floor banqueting reception area are currently standard plaster boards, all of which have failed and cracked. All existing boards to be removed and replaced with new fibre board and lime plaster. See Detail 4 Section General Internal Floor / Ceiling submitted with main application.3)Existing fluorescent strip lighting to be replaced with ceiling pendants using current locations.4)Ceiling finish - painted with a breathable paint.
