Application for variation of Condition 3 (Sample Panel) of planning permission for 24/01409/LBC for : Repairs and stabilisation of boundary wall. Variation would allow the condition to read 'Prior to the commencement of re-pointing works, a sample panel of 1 square metre minimum shall be conducted on site to show areas of new pointing, to be inspected by the Local Planning Authority. Details of mortar mix, colour and pointing profile shall be provided, along with details of replacement bricks, new bricks to steel posts and pattress plates, to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
