Non-Material Amendment to permission 21/03101/FUL granted 08.06.2022 for :Erection of 80 dwellings (Class C3) including affordable homes, public open space including local equipped area for play, access from Tidings Hill, sustainable drainage systems, landscaping and all associated infrastructure and development.
