Reduce number of loading doors from 24 to 20.2. Relocate steps and access door on North-East service yard.3. Reduce the number of rooflights over the warehouse.4. Relocate the plant area from the warehouse roof, on to the flat roof of the office, with a low level parapet wall to conceal the plant and form an acoustic barrier.5. Additional Fire Doors required to meet the requirements of fire safety and means of escape.6. Cycle Storage increased to accommodate 64 cycles.7. Drivers' Amenity Unit relocated onto the higher level of the car park, from the original position of the North-East service yard. New landscaping is proposed on the original space.8. Substation to be relocated closed to the warehouse building and the original area to be replaced with landscape.10. Signage zone on South-West elevation to be relocated closer to the front of the building.
