Non-Material Amendment to permission 19/00493/OUT (allowed on appeal )granted 16.11.2022 for: Outline application for up to 200 residential dwellings (including 30% affordable housing), planting, landscaping, public open space and children's play area and sustainable drainage system (SuDS). All matters reserved with the exception of access.Amendment would allow:-Change of the wording on condition 4 to show correct drawing number 'No occupation of the development hereby permitted shall take place until the site access as shown on Drawing A111146-SK011 Revision E, along with its vehicular visibility splays, have been constructed and completed and are available for use. The visibility splays shall be provided before the access is first used by vehicular traffic and shall be retained free of any obstruction at all times.
