The amendment would allow the wording to state 'The approved foul water pumping station shall be implemented in accordance with Drawing No. IN009 PS-01 A and shall be completed prior to the 13th occupation. The existing unlawful partially installed foul water pumping station shall be removed in its entirety prior to the 13th occupation.'
