Description

T1 Cherry Tree - We seek permission to remove a cherry tree which poses a threat to the public. The tree has suffered significant storm damage, resulting in the failure of a major leading stem. The detached leader is currently suspended and resting within adjacent trees, creating an unstable condition. This presents an increased risk of further failure, particularly during periods of high wind or adverse weather. Due to the size of the failed section and its resting position, there is a foreseeable risk to nearby homeowners, structures and members of the public should additional movement or collapse occur.T2 Cedar Tree - We seek permission to remove a dead Cedar tree that is in significant decline. The tree is exhibiting progressive die-back from the upper canopy downward, with the crown tip completely dead and deterioration continuing. The increasing presence of deadwood presents a risk of branch failure as the tree's condition worsens. In the interest of safety and tree management, removal of the tree is proposed. T3 Spruce Tree - We seek permission to remove a spruce tree that is now dead. Due to the loss of vitality and resulting structural deterioration, the tree presents an increase of branch or stem failure.T4 Pine Tree - We seek permission to remove a dead pine tree approximately 60 feet in height. Due to its condition and proximity to neighbouring properties, failure of the tree presents a risk of damage not only to structures but to the general public. Removal is proposed in the interest of safety. All works will be carried out by suitably qualified arboricultural contractors in accordance with industry best practice.
