Description

The tree is a Flowering Cherry (Prunus X). The tree is in the front garden of 32 Wheatley Avenue and replaced a previous tree (a Laburnum) removed in 2007 by the previous property owner Rachel Barker (Not related)(Planning Ref 07/07822/CPN).The tree is dying with only a couple of live branches. The other branches are covered in fungal growth see photos (20250928_32 Wheatley Av - Tree and Tree1) I wish to remove and replace with a native plum tree (Prunus domestica)
