T1 Ash - Fell entire tree (both stems) to ground level.Replacement: 1 replacement tree (select from Goat Willow Salix caprea / Grey Willow Salix cinerea / Downy Birch Betula pubescens / Rowan Sorbus aucuparia / Alder Alnus glutinosa), to be planted =10.0 m from any building, planted as a 60-80 cm feathered whip.T2 Ash - Stem 2: Fell stem to ground level. (Stem 2 DBH 40 cm; extreme lean c.45 directly over sleeping area). Stem 3: Remove decayed/rotted material and loose deadwood only (tidy/clear hazard). Do not remove sound living growth of Stem 1. Stem 1: No works proposed; retained and monitored (Stem 1 DBH 180 cm).Precise measurement: Stem 2 removal to ground; Stem 3 decay removal limited to rotten/loose material only; tree base distance to house approx. 9 m (see plan).Replacement: 1 tree for the felled stem (T2 Stem 2) as above.T3 Ash - Stem 2: Fell stem to ground level and remove arising arisings. (Stem 2 DBH 70 cm; has shown c.20 movement in one month; now nearcontact with roof; zero new growth this season).Stem 1: No works proposed; retained and monitored (Stem 1 DBH 120 cm).
