T1 Hornbeam (TPO no: 0037) Reduce the height of the tree, current height 20 meters by 4 meters to leave, 16 meters height.Prune north side of tree, measuring 7 meters from trunk, by 2 meters, reducing it to 5 metres.Prune south side of tree, currently measuring 10 meters from trunk, by 3 meters, leaving 7 meters.Prune east side of tree (front elevation), currently 10 meters from trunk, by 3 meters, leaving 7 metersPrune west side of tree, currently measuring 7mtrs from trunk, by 2 meters, leaving 5 meters.Thin tree canopy by 10%.The tree has a height of 20 meters. The tree has a short trunk, measuring only 2.5 meters before branching into a very large, heavy canopy.The tree canopy has an elliptical diameter and is leaning heavily to east/ south: it isn't possible to measure the circumference. The current overall diameter of crown/ canopy is 17 meters north to south, and 18 meters east to West.The proposed work will reduce the overall canopy size to 12 meters north to south, and to 12 meters, east to west. This will not result in a lollipop appearance due to the short trunk and elliptical stature of the tree.
