Description

We wish to remove a horse chestnut tree in our back garden. The tree is not visible (except maybe the top) from any road or public view. The tree is not subject to any preservation order, but we are located in a conservation area. The tree has outgrown it's location. The roots are beginning to interfere with the close retaining walls and the tree as a whole is beginning to lean toward our property. Attached is both a location aerial view and a photo of the tree in question.
