Branches interfering with telephone lines: It is proposed to limit removal of branches in order to maintain 0.5m clearance of the existing telephone lines.2. Crown thinning works are intended only to reduce the crown by approximately 10% of its existing density, whilst maintaining the overall shape of the tree.3. Crown lifting of lower branches to 4 metres is proposed, but will be limited to a maximum cut diameter of 30mm.NB The removal of dead wood does not require consent.
