Birch - Remove.The tree in question is a self seeded birch tree. The trunk and root system have grown is such a way that the path from the fire exit has been deemed unsafe. The roots of the tree have broken up the tarmaced path directly off a main fire exit from the Manningham lane side of the building. Due to the residents living at this home being potentially both disabled and or elderly, we would like to request permission to remove the birch tree in question from obstructing safe emergency evacuation from the home.The tree in question is 1.5 meters off the fire exit steps heading on the Manningham lane Side.
