Description

1x Laburnum - to be pollarded resulting in a reduction of 30% in height. 1x Hawthorn - to be pollarded resulting in a reduction of 30% in height. A more significant limb reduction is also requested on the South side to ensure equal weight distribution. 2x Willow - fell to ground level. 2x Holly - fell to ground level. The work will be carried out from 11th March 2025. Please find rational for works below:Laburnum & Hawthorn - these are both large mature trees. The requested work would significantly reduce the risk of damage to nearby property should limb(s) detach in high winds. Additionally, it will improve natural light for the neighbouring properties. Holly & Willow trees - these are less mature trees that have grown in very close proximity to the Hawthorn. Felling these trees should help improve and maintain the health of the mature Hawthorn. Additionally, felling these trees will improve natural light & reduce the risk of damage to nearby properties.
