T1 Atlas Cedar - Crown lift overhanging growth below 5.5 metres to highway (up to the red line on attached image).Cut back by up to 2.5 metres to leave 4+ metres of lateral growth (removal of growth to right side of green line on attached image). Cut back to be minor and no higher than the green line extends. As a guide, both the crown lift and cut back dimensions are the maximum proposed and include removal of secondary and/or tertiary branching only. No branches over 5cm diameter at their attachments are to be removed.
