Description

Variation of Condition 15 of planning permission 20/03878/MAO: To amend Condition 15 to "The development shall not begin until details of a scheme for foul and surface water drainage have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The surface water drainage scheme shall be designed in accordance with the principles outlined in the FRA Addendum by FRC, doc ref BL/061219/2019-052-02, dated 06/12/2019. The maximum surface water discharge rate, off-site, shall not exceed 4.5 litres per second. The scheme so approved shall thereafter be implemented in accordance with the approved details".
