T1 as per plan 1 Sycamore fell the tree is a semi mature sycamore within the garden the garden has plenty of trees some great specimen silver Birchs x3 as per photo attached, that are now semi mature also rowan hawthorn and other sycamore along the boundary also the garden backs on to other trees within the woodland around the pond.Losing the one sycamore would not have any amenity impact due to the amount of trees around the property and by removing the one tree it would help enhance the garden.Replace with a ornamental acer in another part of the garden.
