R1 - Robinia crown lift to 5.2m over the road, reduce away from the building to give a 2-3m clearance, remove previously ripped out branch over the footpath, which is approximately 4m from ground level and is 3 inches in diameter. Remove 2 Stumps to ground level level, these have been removed in the past, but are now just a trip hazard. These will also be ground out.
