S1 Sycamore - Crown lift to 5.2m all around, this will include removing some 4 inch diameter branches.S2 Sycamore - Remove Epicormic up to a height of 4m from ground level. S3 Sycamore - Remove basal epicormic. S4 Sycamore - crown lift to 5.2m over the road/car park area and path. S5 Sycamore - Tidy up stub ends from previous poor pruning cuts, ensure 5.2m clearance over car park area, remove all old epicormic up to a height of 4m from ground level. S6 Sycamore - Remove all old epicormic growth up to the height of 4m including 5 inch diameter upright piece.S7 Sycamore - remove 8 pieces of old Epicormic growth, the biggest diameter is 5-6 inch's up to a height of 4m from ground level. S8 Sycamore - remove 2 pieces of old epicormic roughly 4.5m from the base of the tree. S9 Sycamore - remove old epicormic growth up to the stem break, roughly 4.5m from ground level (roughly 12 pieces). S10 Sycamore - remove epicormic growth which has been left to grow aprox 2m from ground level, 6-8inch girth. S11 Sycamore - Ensure a 5.2m clearance over the road by crown lifting the lower branches. S12 Sycamore - remove lowest epicormic growth, aprox 2m from ground level. S13 Sycamore - Ensure a 5.2m clearance over the road by crown lifting the lower branches. S14 Sycamore - crown lift to 5.2m all around to give a better clearance over the road and neighbouring garden. M1 Maple - species reduce away from properties 22 and 23 giving a 2-3m clearance, ensure a 5.2m clearance over the road by crown lifting the lower branches. Remove basal epicormic growth from all trees in the application.NB. Removal of deadwood and ivy does not require consent and none TPO trees have been removed from the application.
