Description

SB2 Silver Birch - Previously applied and got permission, however some unknown 3rd party has had their way with the tree, leaving the tree unbalanced and with poor pruning wounds. My proposed works are to re-balance the crown by removing a large diameter branch back to the main stem which grows over the road and path, this is approximately 2m from the ground, and is approximately 9 inch in diameter. Tidy up all poor pruning cuts which have been left by the unknown party.
