Description

T1 Twin stemmed Sycamore to the south of the property: Remove the branch above the street lamp to prevent interference with the light cast and the lamp itself. Draw back on the northern aspect by 1m to create a 2m clearance from the property. Crown lift to 5.5m above the ground on the road side ( southern aspect). Remove the lower Epicormic growth.T2 Ash: Crown lift to 5.5 above the ground on the southern aspect of the tree & remove the lower epicormic growth.T3 Multi stemmed Sycamore on the boundary to the east of the property: To fell due to extensive decay at the base as shown in the attached photo.The proposed re plant would be a Heavy Standard 12/14 Norway Maple in approximately the same position as T3 is marked on the plan.
