There are high concerns from the homeowner of full tree failure but they would like to retain the tree.Works would be to radially reduce the east spread from 7m to 5m to remove end weight over the property, also to reduce the height from 15m to 13m to slightly reduce the size of the crown to minimize the size of the sail but still retain the natural look of the tree all round.
