RETROSPECTIVE PERMISSION SOUGHT. The conifer was severely damaged in gales on 21st/22nd January resulting in a major part of the trunk falling, leaving the remainder extremely precarious and likely to fall onto the house. An emergency team of tree surgeons felled the tree on 27th January as they believed it was in a very dangerous state.
