T1 Ash - the tree has recently had a large limb fail causing damage to the neighboring property. Works are to remove epicormic up to the 3m. Radially reduce the west spread from 5m to 3m to remove end weight from the branches over hanging the garden.the work is to minimize any future failures but retain the tree as long as possible.
