T1 Sycamore -Fell. 50% dead. The tree bifurcates at 4m and one of the main leaders has died. The dead leader is leading directly towards the neighboring property. Removing just the dead leader would leave a very unbalanced tree. T2 Willow - Fell. This tree is showing signs of root plate lift. The tree has caused significant damage to the footpath and now has a very biased lean on top of a retaining wall. Due to the the age of the occupants of the property this is now a significant safety hazard that cant be repaired until the tree is removed. T3 - Fell. Over 75% dead due to root damage.3x Oaks will be replanted within the grounds of the care home to compensate of the the lost of trees.
