Description

Conifer - Fell.One conifer at rear of property affecting the boundary wall. The boundary wall has been affected and is at risk of falling over. Also the tree itself has partially fallen due to the storm in previous years (see photographs). Now only part of the conifer remains. Recent inspection by the tree surgeons advised that this tree is dangerous and is at imminent risk of falling in any further storms and potentially causing damage to the surrounding properties. The tree is a conifer. We would like to fell the remaining tree as soon as possible. The conifer is located at the rear of the property (see sketch map). We have recently had planning permission granted for removal of the adjacent conifer - which has now been removed. Unfortunately this conifer was missed off the original planning application hence the tree surgeons were unable to attend to this despite it posing an imminent safety risk in bad weather.
