Elder - Removal of stem and small branches encroaching onto towpath from multi-stemmed Elder. Largest stem is ~16cm diameter at 1.5m height. Limb to be removed is ~9cm at 1.5m. Removal is required to ensure safety of plant operators when accessing the site and maintain sufficient clearance from water's edge.
