Non-material amendment to planning approval 22/04297/HOU: Proposed side extension (road side elevation to change ground floor window to match existing bay window. Road side elevation dormer window to be enlarged alongside the front dormer to stretch to attic finish floor level. Port hole windows from the planning application removed, to match existing. From gable end on bay window to be removed from switched for flat roof. Balcony with glass balustrade and chrome spindles and handrail to be installed at dormer level. Excavation of block work paving by 150mm to allow compliance with building control. Ground floor side extension to dog-leg to respond better to site boundary.
