Application for Non Material amendment to 21/01090/FUL ( Planning Inspectorate Reference Application APP/R0335/W/22/3307948 / LPA Reference 21/01090/FUL which was allowed on appeal). The proposed amendments to the approved scheme include the minor repositioning of internal walls, adjustments to a window on the west wall, a change in door type leading to the balcony of the new 1-bedroom, 2-person unit on the second floor. Additionally, the two existing openings by the balcony of the 1-bedroom, 2-person flat would be enlarged, and a third opening would be added, with railings placed on the sides. Furthermore, the internal layouts of the five self-contained flats on the third floor would be adjusted. The terrace of the 1-bedroom, 2-person flat on the third floor has also been reduced to provide additional floor space for the self-contained unit. Externally, on the north elevation of the third floor, decorative railings on windows without terraces would be removed, and select fenestrations would have changes in type.
