Description

Application for non material amendments to planning permission 20/00293/FUL proposing amendments to the internal layout of the office space and supporting accommodation to make better use of existing internal space and provide flexible office accommodation. The updated plans also take into account additional internal wall insulation to improve the energy performance of the building. Minor changes to openings in external elevations proposed to suit updated internal layouts. Retention of existing open pen outside of the main building with the addition of new timber fencing and gates to enable use as a bin store.
