Section 73 Application to amend Conditions 2, 4, 9, 10 and 11 of Planning Permission 21/00701/FUL (Erection of 7 new buildings comprising residential dwellings, flexible commercial/community floorspace (Flexible use class E/F Use), new station access and associated car parking, cycle parking and landscaping following demolition of existing buildings).
