Description

The works proposed are for the external refurbishment of 12nr midrise residential blocks, comprising of 11nr 3 story blocks and 1nr 4 story block. The proposal seeks to replace the existing windows, doors and rain screens with new units and a new enclosed lobby. The external walls are to be clad in External Wall Insulation (EWI) with a rendered finish. The existing roofs are to be renewed and will feature new projected mono-pitched sections in various colours across the blocks, to visually enhance the scheme.
