Application for Non-material amendment to planning permission C/2021/0366 (Submission of Reserved Matters for approval in relation to layout (47 no. units), appearance, scale, landscaping and associated works pursuant to outline planning permission C/2018/0205) to amend the wording of 2 conditions: Condition 4 - Planting to be carried out in the first planting season following occupation of the building or completion of the development & Condition 7 - All roads/footways to be brought to binder level prior to occupation.
