Variation of Condition No.2 "approved drawings" pursuant to planning applicaiton 10/23/0183 "Change of use from Class E (Retail) to a coffee shop / restaurant selling food and drink for consumption on and off the premises (Sui Generis), erection of side extension, construction of a drive-thru lane and associated alterations to the building and elevations, car parking, servicing and landscaping" - omission of the small extension to the existing store; re-orientation of the bin store; introduction of additional glazing and new doors in place of omitted extension; amendments to elevational treatments (new timber cladding, graffiti roundels and corrugated metal finsihes); expanded black mesh canopy over the order and pick up points; provision of an external seating area enclosed by black steel frames and mesh barriers; relocation and increased provision of cycle parking from 3 to 5 stands.
