Description

The construction of a new 4-arm roundabout - the Eastern and Western arms will re-align the existing Whalley Old Road, the Northern arm will serve the future North East Blackburn Development and the Southern arm will serve the adjacent housing site which is currently under construction - and widening and drainage works to the existing access road to the north of Whalley Old Road.
