Non material amendment pursuant to planning application 10/22/0593 "Variation of Conditions No.2 and 14, pursuant to planning application 10/20/1258 "Partial replan of development site known as Spring Meadows (approved under application reference 10/19/0317) involving 24 homes creating an additional 7no. new homes" - update of house types to R21 range and amended materials schedule" - remove single garages to Plots 5, 7, 15, 20, 24, 29, 33, 34 and 46, and replace with storage sheds. Plot 35's garage to be reorientated to align with back boundary and reduced to a single garage. Boundary treatement plans to be amended to allow for the removal of the garages and the introduction of the new Board and Batten fence detail in place of pier, dwarf wall and fence details to Plots 1, 7, 7a, 10, 15, 28, 29, 45 and 73.
