Description

The proposed development comprises the breaking-up, and removal of part of the existing brick paviour hardstanding located within the curtilage of the established industrial warehouse, to facilitate its continued and improved use in connection with ongoing business operations. No changes are proposed to the built form of the warehouse or associated structures, and the development will not result in any increase in floorspace or intensification of built development. The proposal therefore represents a minor operational change within the site boundary, maintaining the existing character and function of the property.
