Application for a non-material amendment to planning approval 2021/04634/PA (full application) and 2024/00973/PA (non-material amendment) to replace site block plan and proposed site plan. The proposal would consist of the following: - Re-position of sub-station with subsequent re-arrangement of car parking and landscaping.
