Non-Material Amendment to extant Full Planning Approval 2015/06678/PA (as amended by s73 VRC Approval 2018/04391/PA and s96A NMA Approvals 2019/09572/PA, 2020/10216/PA, 2023/02754/PA, 2023/04801/PA and 2024/01027/PA), through variation of drawing numbers listed in Conditions 21-24 pursuant to 2018/04391/PA to address proposed rearrangement of external VRF (Variable refrigerant flow) plant within 2No acoustic enclosures at Level 12, adjustments to VRF plant at Level 30, and consolidated layout of VRF plant at Level 01 together with confirmation that Level 01 layout can accommodate acoustic enclosures should this prove necessary when first in operation; adjustment of revolving door location to Park Street entrance; adjustment of fire-rated glazed doors to retail frontages; addition of external steel service stair with horizontally slatted screen to provide access to Level 01 VRF plant above cycle storage; and amendment of landscaping and biodiversity proposals to reflect above design changes at ground level, Level 01 and Level 12, to restrict access to Level 12 deck to maintenance only, and to accord with recent condition discharge approvals.
