Application for a non-material amendment to listed building consent 2021/07305/PA to allow following changes - (a) - to amend and show the internal layouts of the proposed residential units with a reconfigured internal staircase and bins store in Harry Smith Building and the addition of water tank in the Gem and Harry Smith Building as a fire officer/ Building regulations requirement - (b) to amend the listed building consent description by removing the words open plan, studio and loft as there are no open plan or studio units in the LBC consent.
