Non material amendment to Planning Approval 2020/08911/PA for kerb line to Unit 1 & 8 service yard access road updated to suit S278 works details. Retaining wall moved off the building line to the outside of the footpath (Unit 1). Pedestrian ramped path added to South West corner of Unit 1. Substations for Units 1 & 3/4 repositioned and substations added for Units 2,5,6 & 7/8 to suit Power-On requirements. ACC compounds repositioned for Units 2,4 & 6. Additional cycle shelters added between units 2 & 3 (12 spaces) and units 7 & 8 (20 spaces) - for breeam compliance. Car park spaces added to South East carpark bank (Unit 5). Retaining wall moved away from the boundary (Unit 6). Car park bank moved to suit reposition vehicular access door (Unit 6). Extent of retaining wall reduced to suit final levels to the south end of the service yard (Unit 7). Various footpaths increased in width from 2m to 2.4m (Units 2,3,4,5,6,7, & 8) Block paving footpath extended below office curtain walling (Unit 8). 17-110-PL-04C UNIT 1 - proposed plans :- Fire Exit added to east elevation adjacent to office. 17-110-PL-05D UNIT 1 - proposed elevations and section:- Retaining wall moved off the building line to the outside of the footpath. Please note that there have been minor adjustments to car parking to allow for the changes listed above but there has been no reduction in provision.
