Non- Material Amendment to Planning Approval 2021/07277/PA for amendments to Condition 3 to change the material that will be used to restore the path from resin bound material to tarmac construction with either a chippings finish or a resin bonded surface Path will also be made slightly wider in places to a width of 2500mm, edging to the path on the section between the pool and tennis court will be timber rather than the ribbon of life made up from blue bricks. The sponsored blue bricks will still form an edging opposite the tennis clubhouse. The duct for the data cable will be smaller at 63mm diameter and will run beneath the path as in the original drawings apart from where it will be placed in a shallow trench across the grass area from the tennis courts to the fishing hut instead of remaining beneath the path the whole way to the pool. The dwarf wall, parking spaces and bin store will not be developed in this phase.
