Description

Non Material Change to LA04/2024/2118/F to include change the existing roof finish from flat profiled concrete tiles to clay rosemary tiles, remove the brick chimney stack at the rear return and replace it with an insulated stainless steel flue , create a rectangular shape family room relocating the patio doors in the existing splayed wall to the new N. East facing wall facing the new patio, reposition and reduce the overall number of proposed roof lights, provide a curved bay with a window seat to the centre of the rear return.
